Elena and Jacob provided excellent service, fixing the problem promptly and even offering a bottle of wine as an apology. the ability to park easily was convenient, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the location near the city center was ideal for exploring. While the ironing facilities and tea/coffee amenities were appreciated, I did find the lack of a dining table to be a downside. the free toiletries were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi added to the overall convenience. As a traveler who values efficiency and comfort, this hotel met my needs.
